By enrolling in my online coaching services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, effective, and positive experience for all clients.
By purchasing my services, you acknowledge and accept that the Terms and Conditions outlined below constitute a legally binding contract between you and Strength in Mind.
1. Online Coaching Services / Client / Trainer Agreement
My online coaching services are tailored to meet your individual fitness goals. I provide personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

I, the trainer, will use my skills and experience to design a safe, effective exercise programme that considers your personal goals, current fitness level, and preferences.​
​
I will provide online coaching, advice, and support to assist you throughout your journey. Your progress will be regularly reviewed, and your programme will be adjusted accordingly.
​
All client information will be treated as strictly private and confidential. If additional medical information is required, the client agrees to provide this upon request.
​
It is understood between both the client and me, the trainer, that we are entering into a mutual commitment and will give 100% effort to the programme.

All services are provided by a certified, experienced, and insured personal trainer – Active IQ certificate number 798271 date issued 31/07/2017

2. Risk of Injury
​
Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. Accordingly, Strength in mind
recommends that you consult with a medical professional before beginning any new exercise routine. By choosing to participate in any physical activity, you do so at your own risk.​

If you choose to use supplements or enhancement products, you accept full responsibility and should consult a healthcare professional before doing so. You acknowledge that your participation in these activities is voluntary and that by using the services of Strength in mind., you accept all risks of injury, illness, or death.​

3. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
The information and guidance provided by Strength in Mind is not medical advice and should not be interpreted as such. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your exercise or nutrition routines.​
​
4. Client Responsibility
​
Clients are expected to actively engage in their programme by following their plan, completing weekly check-ins, and maintaining regular communication. Due to the limited number of coaching spaces available, I reserve the right to discontinue the coaching relationship if a client repeatedly fails to engage, put in effort, or follow through with the programme. This ensures every client receives the dedicated support they deserve.​

5. Rescheduling sessions – personal training clients only
We never cancel on each other! We only reschedule, making sure you are always on track with your goals. If the situation arises where a session cannot be made 24 hours or more before the day of the session, I Sophie Ankrah will offer at least 1 rescheduled session between Monday- Friday 6am-10pm If you do not give 24 hours’ notice before rescheduling your session will be lost however it is up to the Trainers discretion if sessions can be rescheduled.

6. Outcome Disclaimer
​
Results will vary between individuals. While every effort is made to help you reach your goals, Strength in mind cannot guarantee specific outcomes.​

7. Cancellation Policy
​
Notice Period: Cancellation requests require a 30-day notice via email or written note. Any payments due within that period will still be collected via stripe for online coaching or invoice for personal training.
Refunds: All payments and deposits made to Strength in Mind are non-refundable.

8. Release of Liability
​
You confirm that you have read and understood these terms and acknowledge that they include a comprehensive release of liability. You agree to release and discharge the trainer(s), including any employees, directors, or officers of Strength in mind, from all claims or causes of action, including for personal injury, property loss, or damage.​

9. Waiver of Negligence Claims
​
This release also extends to any claim under the tort of negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.​
​
10. Severability
​
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective and enforceable.​
​
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
​
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.​

12. Agreeing to Terms and Conditions/Declaration
​
By engaging in my personal training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
I recognise and understand all the terms and conditions set between my personal trainer and myself and agree to follow all the guidelines set out above.
